We offer a 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, contact us at help.pawfectly@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
